Russian President's Aide: Russia-US-Saudi Arabia Talks to Discuss Initiating Ukraine Negotiations

On February 17th local time,XM后台 Russian President's aide Ushakov stated that the talks held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, will be a bilateral discussion between Russia and the United States. Ushakov mentioned that the agenda of the Riyadh meeting between the US, Russia, and Saudi Arabia is to reach an agreement on how to start negotiations on the Ukraine issue. Prior to this, Russia had conducted telephonic consultations with the US regarding the Riyadh talks.
